Boarding is easy via a large SWIM PLATFORM with transom gate - opening to an extended and fully ENCLOSED AFT DECK with built in bench seating and overhead lighting. Aft bulkhead is nearly all floor-to-ceiling glass - amazing light and views! Stainless-framed door opens to the SALON, offering an ideal blend of elegant and casual, with designer carpet; custom window coverings; custom oversized sofa; alcove-mounted stereo speakers; game table with side chairs; and upgraded custom teak ENTERTAINMENT CENTER with mounted big flat screen TV and wetbar with fridge and extra storage.

Forward and up to the RAISED PILOTHOUSE LEVEL finds the U-shaped GALLEY set aft to port; opposite is built-in storage. Pilothouse guest bench settee with high-low table is forward of the galley; COMMAND HELM offers mounted helm & companion seats, excellent visibility, and full nav electronics package. FLYBRIDGE with UPPER HELM is easily reached via a built-in stairway adjacent to the galley.

Belowdecks ACCOMMODATIONS are accessed by a curved stairway from the pilothouse. VIP GUEST STATEROOM is forward and features a centerline queen berth; cedar lined hanging locker; opening overhead skylight hatch; and private ensuite VIP guest head with shower. Next aft to port is the GUEST / DAY HEAD with shower, at the foot of the stairs to abovedecks. PORT GUEST STATEROOM follows, with side-by-side single berths, cedar lined hanging locker, opening hatch, and private entrance to the adjacent guest / day head.

Amidships in the COMPANIONWAY finds the spacious FULL BEAM MASTER STATEROOM with walk-around island king berth; mirrored bulkhead; night stands; built-in settee; built-in vanity / desk; large cedar-lined hanging lockers at port and starboard; and private ensuite head with tub and shower.

INTERIOR is exceptionally clean throughout with 'proper nautical teak' cabinetry, light Corian countertops, and navy blue leather at the pilothouse settee. NOTE NEW wood sole in the galley and throughout the pilothouse level; custom updates to the salon entertainment center.

TENDER is a 13' Caribe with 65 HP Yamaha four stroke outboard motor (rigged for fishing) and boat deck storage chocks with 1500-lb davit for launch / retrieval.
