Sleeps up to (6) owners and guests in three double staterooms; two enclosed heads with separate stall showers. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the MASTER STATEROOM, offering a centerline queen berth; built-in locker and drawer storage; opening overhead skylight hatch; overhead lighting plus reading lights; privacy door aft and ensuite MASTER HEAD situated aft to starboard.

Belowdecks COMPANIONWAY follows, with GUEST-DAY HEAD to port followed by two double GUEST STATEROOMS amidships. Starboard guest offers stacked single berths, and a double berth in the port side guest cabin. Curved stairs to ABOVEDECKS are to starboard.

Proper RAISED PILOTHOUSE is forward abovedecks, with centerline MAIN HELM; guest bench seating aft with hi-lo table; dual SIDE DECK access doors; inside stairs to the FLYBRIDGE above; and starboard abovedecks COMPANIONWAY running aft to starboard.

Aft and down into the MAIN CABIN finds the U-shaped UP GALLEY set forward extending to port; opposite is built in ENTERTAINMENT cabinetry with bar fridge and storage. Teak framed, tinted, sliding glass doors open to the expansive COCKPIT with ladder access to the BOAT DECK and flybridge above and transom door to the SWIM STEP with dinghy davit.

INTERIOR is in warm and durable 'proper nautical' teak cabinetry and paneling, including teak parquet sole with updated upholstery and carpeting in neutral sand tones - ideal for adding custom color with pillows and throws! CABIN HEAT is via Espar diesel furnace plus electric units throughout.

ENTERTAINMENT electronics include Kenwood stereo system with speakers and volume controls throughout the vessel; 40-inch Sansung TV; KVH Trac Vision TV5 with IP enabled TV; Wineguard WiFi booster.

Galley & Domestic

GALLEY is well positioned for entertaining and easy meal prep on the main deck! Features and equipment include SeaFreeze full-sized, teak-faced upright custom refrigerator with freezer; Princess 3-burner electric galley stove with oven; GE Spacemaker microwave oven; Broan trash compactor; galley sink with garbage disposal; hot/cold pressure freshwater system with 20-gallon (2019) hot water heater; and ample cabinet plus drawer storage throughout.

CANVAS package includes 2020 new complete flybridge enclosure with (2) sliding side windows, rear sliding door and flip up front window panel. Updated mooring covers; full cockpit enclosure with zipper doorway and back window; Phantom screen doors.

ENGINES are freshwater cooled with fuel filters; CONTROL STATIONS at pilothouse and flybridge helms; Glendinning engine synchronizers at both stations; BOW THRUSTER and STERN THRUSTER with controls at both stations; trim tabs; Robertson rudder angle indicator; Seastar hydraulic steering; pyrometer gauges; Halon 1301 fire suppression system (inspected 2021).

HEADS are Vacuflush and plumbed to holding tank with pumpout valves. ALSO NOTE: spare parts assortment; fresh water pump; raw water pump; (2) alternators, (2) spare main props; spare dingy prop.
